I make complicated things feel simple.
I started my career in tech support, then studied web design and development, and have spent the last four years building my design skills.
That makes me a bit different from many designers. I can design, and I also understand how things get built, so I'm comfortable talking with both technical and non-technical people.
The biggest thing I've learned is to listen first. Understand what people are trying to do, then use the right skills to help.
Outside work
When I'm not designing, I'm usually making music, travelling, exercising or dancing.
